Our Barbell Club is the ultimate opportunity to take strength training to the next level. It’s perfect for those who want to experience the next step in their strength training and muscle building journey.
This 75-minute/twice a week, specialty 6-week coaching program is ALL ABOUT the BARBELL.
Structured around the 3 primary barbell movements (Deadlift, Back Squat, Bench Press), this program will improve:
