What is Barbell Club?
Our Barbell Club is the ultimate opportunity to take strength training to the next level. It’s perfect for those who want to experience the next step in their strength training and muscle building journey (no experience needed).
This 60-minute/twice a week, 10-week Small Group Training coaching program is ALL ABOUT the BARBELL.
Structured around the 3 primary barbell movements (Deadlift, Back Squat, Bench Press), this program will improve:
- Improve Overall Strength
-Strength Training Lifting Technique
-Enhances Lean Muscle Composition
-Coaching Led
-Individualized Workout Programming Sheets
